• Minimum lease is 1 month.
• Utilities (electricity & water) are billed based on usage.

To maintain a good living environment, the building carries out:

• Weekly maintenance available by advance request.

• Monthly pest control inside all residences.

• Air-conditioner cleaning every 6 months for contracts of 6 months or longer, according to the building’s maintenance schedule.

Residents must notify Building Management immediately when repairs are needed and be present during the inspection or maintenance for security reasons. On-site technicians will inspect and carry out basic repairs; if specialized equipment or external experts are required, additional charges may apply.

Currently, pets are not allowed.
