Langsuan has always held a quiet kind of allure, tucked between heritage and cosmopolitan ease. It’s a neighborhood that speaks to those who appreciate elegance without excess. That’s what inspired this project, but the heart of it began long before.

This residence is the vision of our grandfather, a man with a visionary mind — always thinking ahead. We began this journey together, not just as a project, but as a shared vision. One thing he never compromised on was safety. That belief guided every decision, from selecting respected architects and designers to bringing together construction management and building teams. He believed the right people made all the difference and sought out those who shared his exacting standards.

He also had a deep respect for quality — real, lasting quality. He wasn’t drawn to trends or designs made to impress for just a moment. Instead, he valued a quiet simplicity that speaks through timeless design: calm, confident, and built to last.

Space, to him, was never just square meters. It was potential waiting to be shaped. He believed in using every inch with purpose, and he believed in doing things well.

We’ve done our best to carry forward his vision and create the kind of residence he always imagined. The name of the project, TARGET ESTATE, was inspired by the first brand he ever registered simply called “Target” — originally intended for his apparel line in his early years. Over time, it became the foundation of his real estate ventures, and today, it stands as a tribute to everything he believed in.

This is more than a residence. It is the continuation of a vision, built with care, clarity, and enduring purpose.
